About the Role Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Analista de Compras y Logística to join their team, working remotely with potential for occasional office visits to Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This dual-focused role will involve managing procurement activities for specific materials and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of both purchasing processes and logistical challenges, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Key Responsibilities Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies according to demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery lead times, and quality of goods received.
Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and manage freight costs.
Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales) to ensure alignment on procurement and logistics needs.
Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers and service providers.
Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies related to purchases or shipments.




Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a role involving both purchasing and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with procurement processes, order management, and inventory control principles.
Understanding of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and freight management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
