As a contractor, you'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs.

Required Skills for Successful Contractors

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B1 level or higher)

Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care

Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements

Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)

Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication

High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity

Mobile home internet and Satellite internet not accepted by clients

Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed

Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment:

Quiet, uninterrupted space

Contractual Relationship:
The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your partnership with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, contributions to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, or any other employee benefits as required under Mexican labor laws or regulations.
