JUNIOR BUYER – DIRECT & INDIRECT MATERIALS

Company Description:

Automotive manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, top-tier product quality, and international compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Medium - Advanced English proficiency.

Basic knowledge of direct and indirect materials purchasing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support purchasing activities for direct materials,



including raw materials and production components.

Manage purchasing requests for indirect materials, including MRO supplies, tools, spare parts, consumables, and services.

Request and analyze quotations from suppliers.

Support price negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.

Maintain communication with suppliers to resolve delivery and purchasing issues.

Monitor material availability and support inventory control.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.

Support supplier evaluation and development activities.
