Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and production strategies remotely.

Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

Design factory layouts and workflows, ensuring optimal space utilization and material flow, coordinating with local teams.

Specify requirements for new equipment and technologies, assisting with their virtual implementation planning.

Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Conduct virtual process audits and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with plant managers, engineers, and production staff through virtual communication channels.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide remote support for problem resolution.





Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing production methods and systems.

Contribute to the continuous improvement culture by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.

Proven ability to analyze complex production systems and implement effective solutions.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for process design.

Strong data analysis skills and experience with statistical software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly in a remote setting.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.

Experience with project management and leading initiatives.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup for remote work.

Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
