About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of spa and wellness equipment in Acapulco, Guerrero , is looking for a skilled Técnico Especializado en Sistemas de Spa y Bienestar. This hybrid role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of spa equipment, as well as remote technical support and client training. The adecuado candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, experience with various spa machinery (e.g., massage tables, hydrotherapy units, aesthetic devices), and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, providing a top-notch experience for their customers. This position requires a blend of hands‑on technical work and remote client interaction. We seek a reliable, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of spa and wellness equipment.

Diagnose technical issues and perform effective repairs on-site.

Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.

Conduct client training sessions on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.

Manage inventory of spare parts and service tools.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.





Stay updated on new equipment technologies and maintenance best practices.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during installation and repair processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a technician, with specific experience in spa, fitness, or medical equipment repair.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with various types of spa equipment, including massage chairs, saunas, steam rooms, and aesthetic devices.

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Good communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction.

Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid schedule (on-site and remote).

Willingness to travel to client locations within the Acapulco, Guerrero region and surrounding areas.

Technical certifications or relevant vocational training are a plus.

A professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
