Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify top talent and recruitment trends.

Advise clients on best practices in employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for key executive and specialized roles.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client HR teams and hiring managers.

Analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and provide actionable insights.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or HR strategy.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex recruitment projects.

Strong understanding of Mexican labor market dynamics and legal requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating both in-person and remotely.

Fluency in English is highly desirable for client interactions.
