Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Coordinate models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
Generate detailed drawings, visualizations, and reports from BIM models.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the project team.
Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers through virtual communication channels.
Assist in the development of BIM execution plans (BEPs).
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of model data for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows.




Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Designer, Modeler, or Coordinator.
Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
Excellent understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
