Job Description We are hiring an EHS, Machinery & Equipment automation manager! Join our team to lead, design, and execute plant-wide Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategies while integrating automation and digitalization to maximize operational efficiency and reduce risks.
Job Objective Lead, design, and execute plant-wide EHS strategies by integrating automation and digitalization technologies into machinery and equipment systems. Your mission is to maximize operational efficiency, reduce workplace risks and guarantee regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Functions Safety Evaluation
Equipment Implementation strategy
Implementation Support
Standards Validation




Hazardous Energy Control
Design Phase Participation
Risk Assessment support and diagnostics
Safety Design Approval
Safety Guards improvement
Compliance with Mexican and international applicable regulations such as ISO, NOM, ANSI, NFPA.
Education Requirements Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical) or a closely related field.
Experience And Skillset Required Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of Health and Safety legislation, as well as local and international standards.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of robotics, artificial intelligence, and electrical integration.
Management Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles coordinating industrial automation areas.
Core Competencies: Assertive communication, leadership, change management, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Languages Native Spanish, advanced English proficiency.
