Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.

Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.





Support performance management processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.

Solid understanding of all core HR functions and Mexican labor law.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Located in or willing to commute to Puebla, Puebla, MX .
