Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous assessments to evaluate executive talent.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level candidates and clients.
Provide expert market intelligence and consultative advice to clients regarding talent acquisition.
Manage the entire search process, ensuring confidentiality, efficiency,



and timely delivery.
Network extensively within target industries to identify potential candidates and market trends.
Ensure a high-touch, professional experience for all executive candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance search methodologies and client service.
Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, retained recruiting, or senior-level talent acquisition.
Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives.
Extensive network within relevant industries is highly desirable.
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and candidate assessment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and maintain discretion in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
