Key Responsibilities Oversee and enhance the online store's presence and performance across all relevant e-commerce platforms.
Develop and manage engaging content strategies for social media channels to increase brand visibility and customer interaction.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media and search engine marketing campaigns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce sales and social media engagement, providing actionable insights.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM strategies to foster customer loyalty.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Stay current with advancements in digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and social media best practices.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Requirements Demonstrated experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing.
Expertise in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing analytics tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
Creative flair with excellent writing and visual content creation skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
