Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal departments.
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal policy implementation.
- Participate in legal, compliance, and cross-functional business projects.
- Conduct legal research and maintain accurate legal documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and other functional teams.
- Prepare reports and updates for the Legal Director and parent company legal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.

Required Qualifications

- Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) and active professional license.
- English- Advanced.
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.




- Knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, labor law, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
- Experience managing disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
