About the RoleOur client, a prominent construction company known for its high standards and complex projects, is seeking an experienced Jefe de Calidad de Construcción to join their team in Acapulco, Guerrero. This critical role is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet or exceed the company's rigorous quality benchmarks and industry standards. The adecuado candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and relevant construction codes. You will lead a team of quality inspectors and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to uphold the integrity and durability of our construction projects. This is a key position within our organization, vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the construction industry in Guerrero .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).Oversee and conduct regular inspections of construction work, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Develop and maintain quality control checklists and testing procedures.Manage the non-conformance reporting and corrective action process.Train and mentor site personnel on quality standards and procedures.Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify and address potential quality issues.Review and approve material submittals, test reports,
