Job Description: The opportunity Join a integral energy leader shaping a sustainable future. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across business units. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This role offers broad exposure across functions including operations, sales, and commercial teams. You'll build relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization. Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing on business strategies.
Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure decisions.
Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.




At least 7 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis roles.
Proven experience providing financial insights to senior management.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
Experience with enterprise resource planning and business intelligence tools.
