We are seeking a talented and eager Solution Architect, Corporate Functions . The right candidate will support the client'sCorporate Functions to further advance the company's Human Resources and Legal ecosystems. The architect is responsible for articulating the organization's current and desirable business architecture, business processes, capabilities, and data assets. Develop a clear technology path for business value delivery and data-driven decision-making.Advanced English level (B2/C1) is a Must for the role.~10+ years of IT application solution experience with high-level problem solving and technical project management or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years' experience required.~ Proven track record in implementing complex application solutions producing high-quality artifacts for communicating with project stakeholders and enable functional and infrastructure administration.~ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.~ Capability to recommend and lead the implementation of new designs and processes for enterprise-level IT applications, within a general business.~ Experience with communicating IT vision and strategy to IT and Business Leaders.~ Broad experience with emerging industry and IT trends.~ Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with Legal technology platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal operations, document management, or e-signature solutions.Knowledge of HR business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll,



and Workforce Planning.Experience designing integrations across HR, Legal, Finance, and enterprise applications.Experience enabling AI, analytics, automation, and digital workplace initiatives.Define, maintain, and evolve business capability models for Human Resources and Legal functions aligned to enterprise strategy.Develop future-state capability roadmaps that support organizational growth and digital transformation.Promote capability-based planning to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.Design and maintain end-to-end business process architectures across HR and Legal value streams.Define architecture principles, solution designs, and technology roadmaps supporting HR and Legal platforms.Data Architecture & Information StrategyDefine and govern enterprise data domains, business data models, and information flows within HR and Legal ecosystems.Partner with business and data teams to improve data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.Support enterprise AI, automation, and digital initiatives through effective information architecture.Identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset for operational and business decision-making.Support strategic HR and Legal transformation programs from concept through implementation.Provide architectural leadership and guidance for project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.Ensure alignment among business strategy, operating processes, data, and technology investments.Remote work.Type of contract : Independent Contractor with Venon Solutions LLC.Paid National Holidays from the Mexican calendar.Full-time Mexico's timezone, fully committed.#
