HealthEdge is seeking a Call Center Agent II for a 3-month contract in Mexico, fully remote. You will handle inbound calls, document interactions, and support claims-related inquiries under strict service levels from November 9, 2026 to February 8, 2027.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll work with a team across time zones, maintain accuracy in data entry, and provide excellent customer service. A $250 USD sign-on bonus is paid after contract completion.
