We are looking for an Instructor Aeronáutico de Operaciones Tierra to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who understands how to deliver theoretical and practical training programs in accordance with Aeromexico Formación's academic, regulatory, and instructional standards, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and operational skills required for the safe and efficient performance of ground operations functions. The role delivers authorized theoretical and practical training sessions, applies structured instructional methodologies to foster an engaging learning environment, administers assessments and training records with accuracy, manages attendance, documentation, and learning evidence through institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS), provides guidance and support to participants throughout the training process, escalates situations requiring specialized attention when appropriate, and actively participates in instructor development, certification, and feedback processes to continuously strengthen technical and instructional competencies. Educational

requirements:
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Initial Instructor Certification (preferred).
• Flight Operations Officer License, whether current or expired.

Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience as an instructor is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven operational experience in the corresponding ground operations specialty.
• Previous experience facilitating technical training sessions, on-the-job training, or employee inductions is desirable.




• Experience administering training assessments and maintaining training records is desirable.
• Schedule flexibility. Skills to succeed:
• Solid operational knowledge of the corresponding specialty.
• Basic knowledge of instructional methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of applicable aviation regulations.
• Basic proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Basic knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
• Basic English proficiency with the ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and in a structured manner.
• Learning mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Strong adherence to operational, regulatory, and academic processes and standards.
• Effective planning and organizational skills to manage training materials, records, and assigned activities.
• Ability to maintain learner engagement and participation in classroom or practical training environments.
• Adaptability to adjust communication style according to participants' learning needs.
