this is a strategic opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in internal auditing, risk management, corporate governance, and internal controls.

key responsibilities

- develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan.
- lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across multiple business units and manufacturing facilities.
- evaluate internal controls, identify key risks, and recommend process improvements.
- assess operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices.
- present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the audit committee.
- support organizational transformation and the strengthening of internal control frameworks.

candidate profile





- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls.
- proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- experience in diversified business groups or multinational organizations.
- strong knowledge of coso, risk-based auditing, and corporate governance.
- advanced english proficiency (required).
- excellent analytical, leadership, and executive communication skills.
- cia, cisa, or cfe certification is a plus.
