you will directly hunt, orchestrate, and close transformative, multi-million-dollar digital solutions deals within the region's largest strategic accounts.

you will also lead, restructure, and mentor a specialized regional team of account executives to drive aggressive net-new bookings.

we need someone with:

- experience: 20+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership within tier-1 saas, cloud, or massive global it services/consulting organizations.




- domain mastery: deep, active cxo-level network and proven track record of closing complex digital transformation deals within the latam bfsi sector .
- matrix navigation: exceptional capability to orchestrate cross-functional approvals (product, legal, finance) within a highly complex, multi-billion-dollar global corporate matrix.
- execution focus: a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a proven history of hitting aggressive hunting quotas while restructuring regional (latam) operations.
