Job Description: **Job Overview** Utilizes production equipment and tools to carry out production activities that are in line with regulations. **Job Requirements** **Education and Experience Requirements** + Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. + 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly. + Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up. + Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications. + Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. + Strong hands-on skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
