Are you a Senior ServiceNow Solutions & Technical Architect based in Mexico looking for a high-impact, 100% remote engagement? We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect residing in Mexico to define, design, and govern enterprise-grade ServiceNow platform solutions for integral initiatives!
? Role Overview
- Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect (TA)
- Engagement: Full-time | Contractor / Freelance
- Compensation: $400 - $500 MXN / hour ? (Travel expenses paid separately with receipts)
- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Mexico ??)
- Travel: Up to 15% (Must have valid Passport & • US Visa)
- Languages: Fully Bilingual (Advanced English & • Spanish ????)
? Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & • Strategy:
Define, design, and govern end-to-end, scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Stakeholder & • Client Engagement:
Partner with business and cross-functional teams to analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements, presenting technical options, PoCs, and solution roadmaps.
- Integrations & • Delivery Governance:
Lead integration design (REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server) across hybrid environments while establishing technical solution plans, effort estimations, and design patterns.
- Technical Leadership: Guide implementation teams through SDLC/Agile frameworks, ensuring governance, risk management, best practices,
and continuous mentorship.
? Required Expertise & • Skills
? Location Requirement: Candidates must currently live and be eligible to work in Mexico ??. ? 8–10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong foundation in application hosting, solution architecture, and enterprise software design.
? 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME), including platform architecture and solution design.
? Solid domain knowledge of ITSM / ITIL framework, processes, metrics, and KPIs.
? Hands-on technical understanding of web technologies (JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML) and enterprise security/infrastructure concepts (LDAP, SSO, SSL, VPN).
? Demonstrated experience architecting third-party integrations via REST, SOAP, SFTP, and MID Server.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
⭐ Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)? ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM (Discovery & CMDB), ITAM (HAM/SAM), or additional modules (HRSD, GRC/IRM, VR).
? ITIL Foundations (v3 or v4).
