Salary Range: 600,000 – 800,000 CNY/year (Up to 1,000,000 CNY/year for Director level)

Account Management &

• Business Development

- Client Acquisition & • Partnership Management:

Lead business development and maintain high-level relationships with major retail and DIY chains across Mexico (e.g., Home Depot, Sodimac). Oversee vendor onboarding, navigate complex supplier approval processes, and negotiate annual commercial contracts and trade terms.
- Sales Strategy & • Seasonal Planning:

Own revenue targets and execute structured seasonal demand planning (e.g., Spring for outdoor/garden categories • Father's Day, Buen Fin, and Christmas for power tools). Monitor order progress and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution.

Store Operations & • Risk Control

- Sell-out Optimization: Collaborate on in-store merchandising, point-of-sale displays (POSM), and promotional campaigns. Track sell-out data daily/weekly, mitigate inventory risks, and minimize return rates.
- Credit & • Receivables Management:

Oversee account receivables, ensure timely payments in accordance with contractual terms, and manage client credit risk.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activity (pricing, positioning, retail display, product line launches)



and provide local market insights to HQ to refine pricing strategies and adapt product offerings.

Requirements

- Languages: Business fluency in both Spanish and English is required for independent contract negotiations and seamless cross-border alignment with Headquarters. Knowledge of Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of sales/key account experience within the modern trade (MT) or DIY retail channels in Mexico.
- Deep operational understanding of supplier onboarding systems and vendor management processes at major retailers like Home Depot or Sodimac.
- Experience handling product categories such as Power Tools, Garden Tools, or Hardware.
- Proven capability in managing seasonal purchasing cycles and retail inventory turnover.
- Work Authorization & Mobility: Legally authorized to work long-term in Mexico (holds local work authorization or is fully eligible for work visa sponsorship).
