Amazon Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for our Fulfillment Center operations. You will lead a large team of Amazon Associates, mentor and coach staff, and ensure safety, quality and productivity across shifts.
You will drive performance, implement policies, and collaborate with the management team to meet customer demand while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. The role is on-site at the fulfillment center and requires weekend/holiday coverage.
