What will you be doing?
- Daily review of the Tax Mailbox (SAT).
- Verification of tax requirements for income CFDIs in coordination with consultants.
- Submission of monthly VAT returns for non-operating companies.
- Support in preparing simple clarification letters to the tax authority (SAT).
- Preparation of tax summaries.
- Preparation and submission of Third-Party Informative Return (DIOT).
- Creation of tax payment forms and coordination of authorized signatures.
- Participation in key meetings for learning and strengthening tax knowledge.
- Validation and processing of invoices (domestic and international) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Creation and administration of purchase requests for new services
- Handling vendor inquiries regarding invoicing requirements and payment schedules
- Preparation of monthly and financial reports for internal control and compliance
- Monitoring and analysis of currency fluctuations and pending accounts
- Control of vendor payments and invoice discrepancies
- Generation of accounting balances and intercompany transaction reports
- Support in reviewing employee expense reports for approval.
What experience would we like you to have?
- English profiency (advanced).
- Knowledge and management of the SAT (Tax Administration Service) website.
- Expertise in tax requirements related to income CFDIs and monthly VAT returns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite for preparing presentations and reports.
- Knowledge of invoicing processes.
- Experience in customer service.
- Understanding of trial balances.
- Knowledge of account statements.
