The Role We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help our customers find the right fit with our brand through phone calls, SMS, personalized email, and messages from our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. You’ll build real relationships with people who care about pilates, strength training, and movement. If you love that world too, you’ll feel right at home. This is an active, goal-driven role with clear targets, strong support, and visible results. What You’ll Do
• Connect with prospects and warm leads by phone (up to 100 calls per day)
• Follow up with leads by SMS in a friendly, timely way
• Respond quickly to leads and messages coming in from our Meta ads through Meta Business Suite, and guide interested customers toward a purchase
• Write thoughtful, personal emails that sound like a real person, not a template
• Keep contacts, activity, and pipeline organized in HubSpot
• Understand each customer’s needs and use our proven scripts and sequences to support them
• Work toward daily activity goals and monthly revenue targets
• Partner with the sales lead on strategy, handling objections, and follow-up What You Bring




• Based in Mexico
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally phone-based or call center
• Comfort with a high volume of conversations across phone, SMS, email, and social, and resilience when a “no” comes up
• A clear, warm, confident phone presence
• Strong written communication for email, SMS, and messaging
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Availability to work US business hours Nice to Have
• Personal interest or background in pilates, fitness, or sport
• Experience selling to US customers
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or handling leads from Facebook/Instagram ads
• Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or wellness brands
