- Audit and validate employee expense reports through corporate platforms.
- Manage and reconcile Corporate Credit Card (CCC) processes.
- Generate payment proposals and follow up on T&E-related; transactions and monitor pending cases, overdue expense reports, and policy compliance.
- Provide support to employees and stakeholders across the supported countries.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local regulations.
