About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect – Strategic Lead to define AI strategy, design enterprise-grade AI solutions, and drive AI adoption aligned with business objectives, particularly in digital payments and financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Define AI strategy, architecture roadmaps, and enterprise AI adoption plans.
- Design scalable AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Evaluate AI technologies and cloud platforms to develop secure, production-ready solutions.
- Establish AI governance, security, monitoring, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guide AI engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in AI/ML,



Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, security, and observability.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in digital payments, fintech, payment gateways, or financial services.
- Knowledge of fraud detection, transaction monitoring, risk analytics, or payment security.
- Experience developing AI solutions for payment processing, customer experience, or financial operations.
