Job DescriptionEnd to End Indirect Purchasing includes: Internal business request analysis.Enforcing policies and procedures.Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.Serve as a partner to the business owner [Employees/Customers] located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.Ability to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.QualificationsGlobal customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillsetExperience with Events MarketingStrong analytical and communication skillsSelf starter, very organized, with ability to manage multiple projects with timely execution2-3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferredExperience with creating and processing purchases through ERP [preferably SAP].Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skillsUnderstanding customer needs (stated and un-stated),

We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is 600,000-700,000 MXN annually. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
