Job Description:We are looking for a Product Development Engineer with experience in mechanical/product design, HVAC systems, and manufacturing processes to support new product development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and validate new HVAC products in line with customer requirements, technical standards, and performance specifications.Create and maintain engineering drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility.Implement technical improvements to existing products through redesign and cost-reduction initiatives, including Value Engineering/VAVE.Provide technical support during pilot production, production start-up, and post-release phases.Manage engineering changes, including ECOs/ECNs, for assigned products.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field,
