We are currently seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join the team of a legal services company as an Appointment Setter. This position supports a law firm specializing in immigration services, helping individuals in the United States navigate legal processes to obtain work permits, visas, permanent residency, and more. The Appointment Setter team focuses on connecting with potential clients, providing information about the firm's services, and scheduling consultations to initiate their immigration processes. Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills. Previous call center or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Results-driven with excellent customer service and communication skills. Assist and guide potential clients over the phone, identifying their needs and providing clear information about the firm's legal services. Answer questions and address concerns to build trust and ensure a positive customer experience. Apply sales and communication techniques to promote the firm's services and schedule appointments with potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized and empathetic service. Two days off per week. Initial paid training to become familiar with the firm's operations.
