Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies. Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. The experience we're looking to add to our team: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment (internships, co-ops, or entry-level engineering experience may be considered). Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process monitoring tools. Ability to analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and engineering data analysis tools.
