Vestas is seeking a Professional, Full-Time Production Maintenance leader in Mexico to drive reliability and uptime of critical manufacturing equipment. You will design and manage preventive and corrective plans, diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, interpret diagrams, and guide a team of four Maintenance Technicians daily.
In this role you will interact with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and collaborate with international teams and suppliers in English.
