HBX Group is seeking an OTC Officer – Strategic Accounts Collections to manage a portfolio of high‑value customers across the Americas. You will drive cash collection, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships with Commercial, Finance, Risk, Billing, and Customer Service teams.
You will work with ERP systems and analytics to improve collection performance, mitigate risks, and support working capital objectives in a fast‑paced, integral environment.
