Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior UI Systems Designer to own client design systems. You will translate brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
This is a systems-first role across multiple client brands. You bring 4+ years in web design, deep Figma knowledge (variables, properties, auto layout, variants), and a portfolio proving system rigor.
