The role
You'll be the first US voice our prospects hear. You open the conversation, introduce our solutions specialist, and stay with the account through the follow-up. It's conversational work — no closing, no quotas to chase on your own.
What you'll be doing
- Outbound calls to healthcare practices and sales organizations from lists we provide
- Confirmation calls ahead of scheduled demos, so prospects show up
- Opening demo calls: introduce yourself, introduce our solutions specialist, set the agenda, and hand over
- Coordinating next steps at the end of the call while the specialist answers technical questions
- Follow-up calls after demos to keep deals moving
- Staying on email threads as the account's point of contact
Who does well here
- Comfortable on the phone with strangers, all day
- Clear, warm, unhurried speaking voice
- Reliably available weekday mornings, roughly 8am–1pm Eastern
- Organized enough to keep notes current
- Prior phone, sales, service,
or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement
Practical details
- Fully remote. You'll need your own computer, a headset, and reliable internet
- We provide the calling system, the lists, and the training
- Contract position paid hourly plus a bonus for each meeting that happens
- 10-hour paid trial before we commit either way
To apply
Send a résumé and a 60-second video introducing yourself — just tell us who you are and something you're good at. We read every one, and the video matters more than the résumé.
