Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ENLACE DE DIRECCIÓN role based in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, at Olexo Foods México. The person in this role supports senior leadership by coordinating daily executive schedules, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action items. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing communications, drafting and reviewing executive correspondence, and ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking progress against objectives, and preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for decision-making. The ENLACE DE DIRECCIÓN also manages interactions with internal teams and external partners, supports strategic initiatives, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all matters. Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple executive priorities, deadlines, and tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; intermediate or advanced English is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations,



and executive summaries using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Experience in coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound recommendations based on available data.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing executive needs and priorities.
• Previous experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or similar roles, ideally in the food, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
