Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara North.* *Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Associate Production Supervisor role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. What a typical day looks like:
* *Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success. *Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality. *Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements. *Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.



*Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. *Provides technical and operational advice to project teams. *Engage in training and coaching of junior operators. *Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. *Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects. *Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses. *Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.*The experience we're looking to add to our team:
* *Bachelor's degree. *Knowledge of Excel
* *Experience in electronic manufacturing environment. *Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics *Experience in BAAN system (or SAP). Schedule availability (T2)
