AI Strategist Consultant Role Overview The AI Strategist Consultant works with clients after they sign, turning their business problems into AI solutions that get built and used. You sit between the client's team and ours. You learn how their business runs, find where AI can save time or money, scope the work, and build early prototypes yourself with tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code. A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) from our team builds most of the final solution, and you work with them from the first call to launch. You also pay close attention to what the client struggles with outside the current project. Those pain points often lead to the next engagement, so spotting them is a core part of the job. You report to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Discovery and Pain Point Identification Run working sessions with client teams to understand how their business operates today and where time, money or quality is lost. Spot problems the client has not asked us to solve yet, and write them up clearly with the business case behind each one. Bring those opportunities to the Head of Operations and the sales team so we can follow up with a proposal. Rank AI opportunities by business value, effort and risk, and help the client choose what to do first. AI Strategy and Scoping Turn each opportunity into a clear scope with goals, success measures, data needs and a delivery plan. Build AI roadmaps that show the client what to do now, next and later. Explain what AI can and cannot do today, in plain business language, including where a person should stay in the loop. Estimate the return on each solution (hours saved, cost reduced, revenue added) before and after we build it. Prototyping and Delivery Build quick prototypes and proofs of concept with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and similar tools to test an idea before the team commits to building it. Work side by side with the FDE on the engagement. You define the problem and the outcome, and the FDE builds the production solution.



Review what the team builds against the original goals, and catch gaps early. Keep every engagement on schedule and flag risks to the Head of Operations before they become problems. Adoption and Training Teach client teams how to use what we deliver, through workshops, walkthroughs and short guides. Track whether people actually use the solution after launch, and fix what gets in the way. Collect client feedback and share what you learn with our delivery and engineering teams. Client Communication Serve as a trusted advisor for client leadership and day to day teams. Present findings, roadmaps and results to executives in clear, direct language. Travel to the US/MX for on-site workshops, kickoffs and client meetings when the engagement calls for it. Requirements Experience 2 to 3 years of consulting experience. Experience running discovery sessions, workshops and interviews with client teams. A track record of finding business problems and turning them into scoped, funded projects. Proof that you use AI every day to solve real problems. During the interview process, you will show us a real workflow you built with AI. Skills Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken. Based in Latin America, and able to travel to the US. Strong business sense. You understand how companies make and lose money, and you can tie an AI idea to a number. Comfortable with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools, and willing to earn certifications on both platforms. Clear thinking and clear writing. You can explain a complicated idea to a busy executive in a few sentences. Curious and fast to learn. You keep up with new AI tools and test them on real work. Self-managed for remote work, able to run client relationships and meet deadlines without close supervision. Tools Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor and automation tools like n8n and Make, enough to build prototypes. Documentation and planning tools such as Google Workspace, Notion or Linear. Project and collaboration tools including Plutio, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet.
