We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and native-level bilingual Web Development Support Specialist to support a brand strategy and marketing agency.

About the role
You will support the development team by keeping client websites updated, secure, fast, and properly tracked. This role is adecuado for someone comfortable working from tickets, pays close attention to detail, and delivers accurate, thoroughly tested work.

Key Responsibilities
● Complete routine retainer website tasks, including image swaps, new pages, blog posts, and landing pages. ● Update CMS core, plugins and themes, troubleshoot conflicts and perform backups and restore checks. ● Set up and test Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking. ● Build and test forms and check integrations with platforms such as HubSpot and Mailchimp. ● Support email template coding in Salesforce. ● Test forms, links, mobile layouts, browser compatibility, and basic accessibility before launch.



● Run speed audits and implement basic optimizations, including image compression and caching. ● Check SEO essentials, including metadata, alt text, sitemaps, schema, and redirects. ● Keep project tasks updated and communicate progress and blockers with the team. What We’re Looking For ● Required: Strong HTML and CSS skills and hands-on experience with WordPress. ● Experience with HubSpot, Figma, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify is a plus. ● Clear verbal and written English communication. ● Availability to work hours that overlap with our west coast team. ● Responsiveness on Slack and comfort working in a remote team environment. ● Ability to work independently from tickets. ● Strong troubleshooting skills, organization, and attention to detail.
