Social Media & Content Manager (Full-Time, Remote LATAM)
About us
Acadelite is a premium education startup guiding ambitious high-school students into the world's most selective universities — Ivy League, Oxbridge and beyond. We are a small, fully remote team of mentors, coaches and operators, and we are growing fast. Our working language is English. The role Acadelite has no social media presence today. Not a dormant page — nothing. We want someone to build it from a blank page and own it: the channels, the voice, the content, the community, the numbers. You will make the content yourself. There is no designer and no video editor behind you — you are both. Visuals, carousels, short videos, captions: you produce, you publish, you measure, you improve. Our targets are Meta — Instagram and Facebook — for students and families, and LinkedIn, where the parents are. You own all three, and you tell us where to start and why. You work directly with the CEO, daily. He decides fast and expects proposals, not questions.
What you'll do
Build the channels. Set up Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, define the content pillars and tone for each, and run one monthly content calendar across all of them. You recommend where we start and why. Make the content. Static visuals, carousels and short-form videos, with the captions and hooks to match, in English. Canva and AI tools are your workbench; student stories, admissions insights and program milestones are your raw material. Grow the community and bring in leads. Answer comments and DMs in Acadelite's voice. Reach out to families who engage with our content, qualify them, and book consultation calls for the CEO. Every client we close from your outreach earns you a bonus. Measure and improve.
A monthly report on reach, engagement, audience growth and leads, with a clear view of what to do more of and what to drop. What you get
• A blank page and the keys. You build Acadelite's social presence from zero and you own what you build. Few jobs offer that.
• The CEO as your daily counterpart. Decisions take minutes, not meetings. No layers, no committees.
• A premium, international brand — Ivy League, Oxbridge — and a portfolio that shows it.
• USD 800–1,200 per month, depending on experience and profile, paid monthly in USD.
• USD 100 bonus for every client we close from a lead you brought in through outreach.
• Your tools, paid by us: Canva Pro, video editing, scheduling, AI subscriptions — whatever the job needs.
• Three weeks of paid time off per year.
• Fully remote. Organize your day as you like, with daily overlap on Panama hours.
• A small, AI-first team that moves fast and improves everything continuously. Your feedback shapes how we work.
• A long-term seat. We hire people who grow with the company, and the role grows as we do. Who you are
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with copy that makes people stop scrolling (Spanish or French is a plus)
• A maker. You design visuals and edit short videos yourself,
with a sharp eye and attention to detail — and a portfolio that proves it
• Tool-fluent. Canva and AI tools every day; scheduling and analytics tools a plus
• Numbers-literate. You read a performance report and change course because of it
• Organized. A monthly calendar, delivered on time, every month
• Independent and proactive. Nobody will brief you every morning: you spot what's needed, propose it, and do it
• A plus: experience in education, premium services, or founder-led and personal brands
• Based in Latin America (or fully aligned with GMT-5 / Panama
working hours
) Practical details
• Full-time, fully remote, with daily overlap on Panama hours (GMT-5)
• Freelance contract, long-term collaboration intended
• Compensation: USD 800–1,200/month depending on experience and profile, plus USD 100 per client closed from your outreach
• Working language: English
• Start: as soon as we find you
