Production Planning Intern supports the Production Planning team by assisting in the release, monitoring, and control of production plans. You will help ensure visibility of production order progress on the shop floor, support reporting and data analysis activities, and contribute to the efficient execution of manufacturing operations while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence standards. The Essentials
- You Will Have
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• No prior experience required.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate across different functional areas.
• Interest in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain processes.
• Willingness to learn and support both operational and analytical activities.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Your Responsibilities
• Support the release and follow-up of production plans.
• Track production and rework orders to help ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor production progress directly on the manufacturing floor.
• Maintain and update reports, databases, and production tracking tools.
• Assist in preparing analyses, metrics, and presentations for the Production Planning team.




• Support communication and coordination between planning, production, and other functional areas.
• Identify and escalate production status updates and potential schedule risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation required for planning activities.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support compliance with Integrated Management System requirements and objectives.
• Promote quality and operational excellence through the accurate execution of assigned responsibilities. Department: Production Planning Reports To: Production Planning Supervisor
