Role Description The Matterport Pro3 Reality Capture Technician is a contract, hybrid role based in Berlin , with a mix of on-site data capture. Day to day responsibilities include traveling to assigned properties or project sites, operating Matterport Pro3 cameras to capture high quality 3D scans, and ensuring accurate coverage of interiors, exteriors, and site conditions with trimming. The technician will upload, organize, and review captured data, apply basic post-processing or annotation in Matterport and related platforms,



and collaborate with project managers to meet technical standards and timelines. This role involves coordinating schedules with clients and site contacts, maintaining equipment, following safety and privacy guidelines, and supporting the creation of clear, immersive digital twins and virtual tours. • Experience with reality capture tools, including Matterport Pro3 or similar 3D scanning systems, and basic familiarity with LiDAR or photogrammetry workflows.
• Comfort with digital platforms and file management, including cloud storage, project portals, and standard productivity software.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to follow capture checklists and quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating site access, working with clients and teammates, and documenting field work clearly.
• Ability to work reliably in a hybrid setup, including on-site work across Berlin and surrounding areas, and remote tasks such as uploads and review.
• Reliable transportation for visiting project locations and readiness to adhere to site safety protocols and local regulations.
• Prior experience in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or property marketing is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in English and German is an advantage, as is familiarity with CAD, BIM, or visualization tools.
