Mérida, Mexico (On-site) ? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST ? Full-Time Position ?️ Advanced English Required As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be at the center of patient communication, appointment coordination, medical documentation management, and collaboration with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring patients receive the care and support they need every step of the way. ✅ We're looking for professionals with:
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, or patient coordination
• Experience managing appointments, patient follow-ups, and medical documentation




• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic is a plus)
• A patient-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• ⭐ Preferred

Experience:
• Medical scheduling and care coordination
• Medical records management
• Personal Injury (PI) or Third-Party Liability (TPL)
• Working with case managers, attorneys, or healthcare providers
• Medical billing documentation
