- Latin America Workday Security & Finance Integration Developer About the Opportunity Kronia® is looking for a seasoned Workday Developer with a strong background in Workday Finance Integrations, Workday Security, and hands-on experience with Workday Studio. The adecuado candidate brings not only deep technical expertise but also a strong financial systems mindset, capable of designing secure and scalable solutions that align with enterprise finance operations. This role will focus on building robust integrations across financial platforms, supporting secure data exchange, and ensuring adherence to financial data governance and audit standards. Experience building orchestrated applications and working across both technical and business finance stakeholders is highly desired.
- You’ll be doing:
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and financial systems using: Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Integration Cloud
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, and Compliance teams to implement secure and efficient integration solutions.
• Design and configure Workday Security models, including: Domain security policies, Business process framework (BPF) security, Role/user-based access controls, Segmented security and data restrictions




• Build orchestrated applications that automate and streamline financial data exchange and approvals.
• Support integration use cases across Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Expense Management, and Procurement.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to data synchronization, security access, failed jobs, and audit trails.
• Document security configurations and integration workflows to support audit readiness.
• Participate in security audits, integration reviews, and environment migrations (Sandbox to Production).
• Ensure all integrations meet enterprise standards for data privacy, integrity, and security. The skills you bring:
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience.
• Proven experience designing and supporting Workday Finance integrations.
• Strong expertise with Workday Studio and integration orchestration patterns.
• Deep understanding of Workday Security configuration and governance.
• Experience with financial processes and integrations across ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, external payroll systems).
• Solid grasp of integration lifecycle management, exception handling, and performance tuning.
• Strong communicator in both technical and financial contexts.
• Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication skills.
