Role Purpose: Act as a business partner to the dealership, exercising a strong sense of responsibility and influence to achieve results that benefit the dealership’s business,



while always keeping the end customer’s satisfaction and the brand’s objectives in focus.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis.
• Ensure retail sales targets are met within the assigned region, in accordance with company standards.
• Manage vehicle inventory.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience, in line with the organization’s KPIs.
• Oversee the dealership’s profitability.

Qualifications:
Required Degree/Professional Qualification: Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Adecuado Experience/Knowledge: 5 years in sales. 5 years in customer service. Knowledge of showroom traffic, conversion rates, market share, sales volume, product mix, inventory management, financial statement analysis, and profitability. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (required/preferred). Concur (desirable).
