during a typical day:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls: Answer and direct calls promptly and professionally, ensuring guests and team members are connected with the appropriate departments.
•
- Deliver exceptional guest assistance: Provide accurate information, respond to guest inquiries, take messages, and assist with special requests while maintaining Conrad’s luxury service standards.
•
- Manage telephone communications: Operate the hotel’s telephone system, monitor incoming calls, manage wake-up call requests, and ensure all communications are handled efficiently.

- Coordinate with hotel departments: Maintain close communication with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up on guest requests.

- Ensure outstanding service: Handle every interaction with warmth, discretion, and professionalism, creating a positive experience for guests and team members alike.
