Job Purpose This position is in charge of Center and Bajio region include the biggest percentage of sales in Mx. The dealers request an adequate coverage for service issues and technical support. Presence to defend Dana TOP fleets in center region. Maintenance and promote Dana products to be considered into trucks specifications. Support and keep the relationship with Dana fleets as Transportes Castores, Marva, Traxion, Autotanques Nieto, etc. Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Achieve or exceed the annual customer objectives, focused on fleets and dealers Class 6
- 8 trucks & buses with > 50 trucks.
• Develop and implement Sales and Service strategies in the Key Accounts and Risk Accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction and market share
• Provide product, warranty, and application training to support sales objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and ensure that sales policy commitments are processed.




• Develop and implement business plans in the territory of their responsibility to support the company's objectives.
• Establish internal reports with customer activities. o Sales activities: gains / losses, products, sales obstacles, accounts at risk. o Call reports: product needs, performance issues, competitive activities, market trends. o Business status and market trends. Education and Qualifications
• University Degree Engineering or similar Skills
• Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in the field of commercial vehicles.
• Product knowledge of powertrain is desirable.
