The OPEX Specialist will support the implementation and development of Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance. This position focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing key performance indicators, supporting process optimization, and promoting a continuous improvement culture across the organization. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements, standardize processes, and support the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor Operational Excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop action plans to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate and support Lean Manufacturing and process optimization projects.
• Lead 5S initiatives, audits, and training activities.
• Facilitate Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving workshops.
• Support strategic OPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Maintain and update plant layouts to support operational requirements, new projects, and engineering changes.
• Optimize material handling processes and resource utilization.
• Identify and eliminate waste to improve operational efficiency.




• Develop and implement process standardization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and 5S principles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing standards.
• Familiarity with problem-solving and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of plant layout optimization and material handling processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
