Responsabilidades Position Summary The Senior Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, inventory valuation, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. This position provides leadership to the finance team, supports operational decision-making through financial analysis, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.



The role serves as a key business partner to Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership, providing financial insights to improve productivity, cost control, inventory management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, AP, and AR.
• Lead cost accounting for manufacturing operations, including standard costing, cost rolls, product costing, and analysis of material, PPV, labor, overhead, scrap, and yield variances.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and strong internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, and financial variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and HR to identify cost reduction opportunities and support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, corporate policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, while coordinating internal and external audits.




• Lead and develop the Finance/Accounting team, including GL, AP, AR, and Cost Accounting, promoting accountability and continuous improvement Requisitos Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, General Ledger, AP, AR, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, manufacturing variances, inventory controls, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QAD, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial modeling.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar certification preferred. Key Performance Indicators
