About the Role

Our client, a progressive HR consulting firm, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Human Potential Selection Analyst to join their team in Acapulco . The Analyst will be responsible for various stages of the recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews. Key Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring processes for diverse roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials and job postings.




- Contribute to improving the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar support role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work from our office in Acapulco and immerse in the local professional community.
